We are pleased to announce that Mr. Tomoki Shichijo, representative of 7JO Administrative Scrivener Office, has been appointed as a member of the Immigration Application Proxy Administrators Committee of the Kagawa Administrative Scriveners Association.

This committee is responsible for overseeing and guiding administrative scriveners who handle application proxy services for residence status and other procedures submitted to the Immigration Services Agency of Japan.
Leveraging his expertise and extensive experience in immigration-related work, Mr. Shichijo will contribute to the fair and smooth operation of residence status application procedures by providing guidance to registered administrative scriveners, offering consultations, and supporting the administration of the system.

Our office will take this appointment as further motivation to continue supporting local residents as well as foreign nationals living and working in Japan, striving to provide even more reliable and dedicated services.
